Charitable gifts to the Penelope & Sam Fund directly support neuroblastoma research by Dr. Giselle Sholler at the Vermont Cancer Center at the University of Vermont.

Making a Single Gift*

There are three easy ways to make a tax-deductible gift to the Penelope & Sam Fund at the Vermont Cancer Center — all offering the chance to designate your gift in honor or in memory of someone.

1. Make a secure, online gift.
2. Mail a check, payable to the Vermont Cancer Center, to:

   • Please be sure to include a note that your gift is designated to the Penelope & Sam Fund.
   • If you'd like your gift designated in honor or in memory of someone, please be sure to provide the name of the person to be honored as well as the name(s) and address(es) of the individual(s) who should be notified of your tribute gift.
3. Call Sarah Keblin at the Vermont Cancer Center at (802) 656-0802. Please be sure to indicate that your gift is designated to the Penelope & Sam Fund, and if you'd like your gift in honor or in memory of someone.

Special Occasion Program

A gift to the Penelope & Sam Fund may be designated for any occasion — a birthday, an anniversary, a graduation, or a holiday. We will send a special notification to the recipient to tell him or her about your generous gift.
